We have been in Huntington / Newport Area much, never Laguna. We rent a place steps from the beach and in the vicinity of "La Villa". Does that mean people?
We love exploring new cities that we like the food markets and fish, we love spending time w / our two (main) children and dog.
They said they can "take the tram around the city. How do I find out about this and what are the things that research or Google before leaving?

"The Village" is ideal for the center. The feeling is. If you go to Laguna Beach, you must try the breakfast for the restaurants along the beach too.
