Carpet cleaning questions and stagnat water smell? - carpet cleaning san francisco

You can have a long history, which recently moved from my apartment into my new house. leave the apartment, I had professional carpet cleaning, we have for a local mother and Pop, had recommended that the apartment management. Living in a community of pets and have 2 dogs and I have my own carpet cleaner, that will be used in the dwelling, if all the 2 months. We clean carpets in the entire apartment before leaving. Now, after her mother and Pop "made his carpet cleaning, as of the lease he signed the housing needs of stagnant water smells very bad. The owner tried to blame us for the smell, but I've done them all before leaving the apartment and there was no smell, and now its obsolete when we have the walkthough. Who knows whether it is possible that the smell have standing water on the carpet of nothing but standing water? the landlord wants the PET guilt, but it is not possible, such as cleaning 1 weeks ago.

Keep your receipts for cleaning required by the lease. Ask any other reputable carpet cleaner to an offer. Should access if they want to solve it. If people come to take the offer. Explain the situation and ask what the smell and if there is a poor cleaning job. If they say it's a poor job of cleaning, please note that in the preparation of them offer.

Then create a copy of the offer with the designations scan it and send to the owner (and send you by e-mail and save all e-mails with the landlord (LL). Tell them that you contractor under Cause of the contract required the contractor and stagnant smell that you was not there before cleaning the carpet. can say as a courtesy to ask the same company for re-election - work, but led the terms of the lease.

Any contact with the owner should be written. Access request for the provision of other detergents, or any other correspondence. You can do this by e-mail alsos long as it is written. Try to stay away from phone calls, but if you are trapped in one, keeping notes on both sides of the conversation and the date and time of the call.

Keep everything in one folder.

Carpets are checked as part of normal wear and tear must be replaced every 6-9 years in a lease. Many LL try to blame the tenants, but if they try to sue you, you lose. Be sure to read the lease again and again (if possible, a lawyer look into it. Pre-Paid Legal advice is good for young people. So you can get a lawyer these questions every time you ask!

Use Febreze Antimicrobial, and use it in a few days. It worked very well when a line of toiletries in the wall of our room carpet flowed. We pulled the carpet and new carpet and soaked. Worked like a charm.
