I know I did not say, but you will die if maintained. Something to eat. The biggest losers are those with a diet containing 7 calories per pound happy if at least close to it. Walk a few times a week and make sure your calories come from the lower parts of the food pyramid and was fine HUN.

Also drink water. Its great for you, and drink more, your body works better and you burn more calories during the day.

I get my personal training cert. as a sort of fun and I would be very glad you all that you support free of charge. I'd rather see you in the form of the healthy way will the destruction of their bodies as they are today.

Please throw me an e-mail if you have a chance.

Of course, you already know that to lose 18 pounds in five days is not healthy, I will not do with that to start.

You should try to lose 1-2 pounds per week. This is the number in the sequence, it is possible and sustainable. Often when you get a lot to lose a considerable amount. Slow and steady wins the race. The metabolism is finally in starvation mode and you're holding on all body fat, instead of using it. That is why we need as many calories per day.

If you slow and steady manner recommended that the goal be achieved in about a year and able to keep his weight. Good luck.
